Sydney Open is a unique architectural event run by the Historic Houses Trust showcasing many of Sydney's most significant and iconic buildings in both the private and public realm. Sydney Open provides a rare opportunity for Sydneysiders and visitors to gain access to important, significant and fascinating examples of the city's rich architecture.

Originally inspired by the success of similar events in London, New York and Toronto, the event, which has been running since 1997, attracts a growing audience of 5,000+ people and is one of the largest architectural events staged in Australia, an established highlight in Sydney's cultural calendar.
