Hi. Well I heard Amtrak in the background so I know you're in Oakland! Anyway I what you 're seeing is a silver coated weather balloon reflecting sunlight and it looks like a light in the sky. Oakland Airport has an FAA office there and a weather station for all of Norhern California. They lauch several weather balloons there everyday. I noticed a balloon one day with binoculars when I was visiting Tilden Park. Looked just like your video.

Guys look at profit Yahway...some guy in Vegas..Where we all saw the last one.. He says he summons them..I think its because of the airforce base there....but he actaullly summons them on live tv news cast....then theres the San Diego guys who filmed 6 of them. The catch is that the guys were Astronomy students. .....Check out their video. you will sympathise....as I do..because i know what they look and how they appear....;)

It looked like the camera was stable at that point because the tree was stationary in frame. Thanks for a really great video. We are not alone!

Hi - I have taken hundreds of pictures of 'so-called' chemtrail jets and trails, and have found a lot of interesting objects in the photos, such as 'pink orbs' and white discs. After observing these jets for months, over Northern CA and also in Europe, I think they are actually related to UFO activity. There are a lot of Youtube videos - like those by Orbspirit, also showing interesting phenomena around these trails. Check out "unidentifiable aircraft" by Orbspirit. It's pretty amazing.
at one point you can see it dive down and come back up not because the camera moved, but in reference to the tree. Just around 1:45 i think

I'm glad you noticed that. I saw that as well, but couldn't be sure because of the camera shake. If it is indeed diving down then relative to how far it is away, that is a huge movement in a very short amount of time. It could be an illusion though, due to camera shake.
