Pantagruel perform in the Great Hall of Southwell Minster, England on May 1st 2010.
Excerpts from "The Elves Daunce" by John Bennet & "Yonder Comes a Courteous Knight" by Thomas Ravenscroft, plus a complete performace of their "Mashup" of John Dowland's "I saw my lady weepe" & "Lachrimae pavan". PANTAGRUEL Anna Maria Wierød (voice) & Mark Wheeler (Lutes, Citterns & Gittern)
Tolles Video, es gibt kaum Ensembles der Alten Musik, die so vital und agil spielen wie Pantagruel. Hut ab.

Such a wonderful performance! The "Elves Dance" must have been a tough one! A wickedly funny rendering of "Down-a-down-Derry". (Odd that he could see his "Lady Weep" after being treated so nastily!
