Terfel is very good, but I don't like Garrett as well. Please compare this with the version by Willard White and Cynthia Haymon which is also on YouTube. They're both as perfect as it gets.

I don't usually like Lesley Garrett, but I have to say that I loved this. Bryn Terfel is magnificent too, as usual and I love Porgy and Bess.

This video is a magnificent tribute to both the singers from the UK who sing the music of an American so well and dthe compopser. It portrays blacks living in the southeast of America. But Gershwin's music transcends location, time, race and ends up in my heart. Bravo all three of you!!!!
