Haha me too! And it smells yummy.

  • @1nasacova Which form did you take the Vitamin E? Also you recommend that over flax seed?

  • Flaux seed oil pills healed my ( FACE ECZEMA ) i take 8-11 pills a day and face is totally moisturised from the inside and no more cracked lips or any eczema on the face.. i highly recommend it .. on the other hand it does very little to other parts of the body eg. hands.

  • Actually eczema is not a mere disorder of the diet. Eczema is an autoimmune disorder of the skin and an inflammatory response to allergens and stress. Antioxidants in general are good for this condition as well as staying away from possible allergens and lowering your stress level. Drinking a cup of flaxseed oil a day isn't going to make any difference if you don't lower your stress level and stay away from oterther possible triggers.

  • Thanks will give this a try hopefully it will work

  • flax and fish oils as well as evening primrose oil are all helpful.

you need the omega fatty acids. Also, i take flax seed in my oatmeal and its good. You don't really taste it at all. I write about eczema on my blog naturalfactual.blogspot

  • THANK YOU!!!!

  • i've had a relapse. i have this thumbnail size rash on my left armpit. it bothers me but i dont scratch it. i love it how they say i itch it. thats scratch right. i have a rash and i itch it. no you dont. you have an itch and you scratch it. do i itch my bum when im done shitting, no i wipe it. it just semantics

thanks for commenting; i'll try vitamin E! =)

  • I had bad eczema for 30 years. Flax seed oil was recommended to me by a friend and it did work. It cleared the the eczema right up. However it is expensive and you have to take quite a lot of it. I read on the container that they key ingredient in it for skin health is vitamin E. So i switched to vitamin E and it is just as good. Its also a lot cheaper than flax seed oil.
