  • @VidzNbidZ apparently they were the official PE shoe of the US Army during WW2, and Rocky Balboa wears them training in some of the Rocky films! so they are pretty serious!

  • Great video! I can see grabbing a piece of chalk and making my own ladder for these drills. This would be good for building up knee and leg strength for running!
