i hate people who do that i mean you ask for an inch and they cut 5 !! i just had this done to me and i hate it!!! the guy actually cut it into layers when i told him i wanted it straight and i was trying to grow out my bangs guess what i cant anymore cause he made them shorter!!!! i am freaking out i mean its not that bad but its not me me many people say they like it but i feel like he robed my personality

It looks a little choppy at the ends but I bet if you hot roll it or curl it u are going to have major volume. It only looks choppy now bc you have very straight hair and its dark in color, the same thing happens to me when I get mine cut- it is hard to get layers not to show in hair like ours. I think u should play with it a bit and then decide. Using a fat round brush on the part around your face will do wonders.
