Rollkas are not made anymore unless i am mistaken. i have an old pair from the 60's that ive got nicely lubed.lol a friend picked up a new pair in asia from a car company that makes them out of spare parts. i thought my old rollkas were fast. his are insane.

Very cool. I had a suspicion that it was the same as snow skiing stops but i didnt want to sound like a fool : P. I would love to give this a shot some time although i no longer ski i snowboard now.

the name is: Rollka, it's from Italy, and you can buy in special ski racer shops (not in typical outdoor shops). It' harder than the normal ski, and more dangerous:D...:D

These racers are world class. Not too many areas hold races for grass skiing. Go to Wikipedia org and type "grass skiing" and read all about it.
