It has more space for front passenger's legs than 600 (Seicento).

Why they produced 500 when already was Y10? Becouse 500 was cheaper.

First 500 in Poland where with 704 ccm engine from Fiat 126BIS with 4 gears. 900 and 1100 Sporting where with 5 gears

It was produced in TYCHY and Bielsko Biala. Not in Żerań- Warsaw, where was produced "Polski Fiat".. We call it Cinquecento like Italians does not Pięćset

@hamnet99 its just about learning / accepting the fact that the english way to pronounce 'e' 'i' 'a' and also 'o' is quite different from all other languages. Its a fact that too many people dont really give a shit abt the sound of a Name - and it doesnt matter how many mistakes I make when I speak english cuz when I realize that I say sth wrong I try hard to improve myself so I dont sound like an idiot

best small car since the austin mini! ive done thousands of miles in my 900cc model and thinks it is a great car. ive taken out the back seats to make a small van, and ive camped it loads of times too. really excellent car..love it!

I dig it. Switch the seats (but keeping that sweet design pattern!) and add some tasteful wheels and tires and it'll be sweeter.

Unlike the current 500, this one wasn't meant to be an overpriced (cheaper than Beetle and Mini, but still!) retro throwback or a fashion-chic statement on wheels. It continued the 'philosophy' of a small city car for the masses.

I love the 500, i was so excited to get him as my first car, (i'm 17 and here in Brazil u only drive with 18) but it was too expensive for being a FIRST car. but as soon as i drive well, i'll get him. Just for curiosity, the new 500 in Brazil costs around R$40.000(reais).
