Wild Chinese Mantis pt.3 - eats butterfly & honey!

Adult female Tenodera sinensis (2010-10-08) - The next day she was back on the fence waiting for a free meal. I fed her another butterfly and then gave her some honey on a toothpick. She loved it! I haven't seen her since. The weather is getting colder so I hope she got to lay her eggs.

Try to use unprocessed raw honey if you can afford it. Packed full of active enzymes very beneficial to their (and our) health.

@canaress i do not there are any orchid mantis in singapore now. there are tracts of unspoiled forest in singapore but not very extensive. you do know singapore is very small 42 km long by 20 km wide??

@keeyk118b just search where you have to search cause you can find the orchif mantis in all these countries Malaisia, Indonésia, Bornéo, Sumatra

Yea and also, 2 Other Mantises Molted Today!! I saw the skin in the corner of the plastic when i woke up. I removed the skin from the first molted one and i found one on the bottom of the cage :D
