Large Scale Oil Press 8000 Hour Until Maintenance

Shown here are two 50 ton/day oil presses provided by Cropland Biodiesel. These presses have just over 8000 hours of use. It was originally thought that maintenance would be expected around the 6,000 hour mark, but as you can see they went above and beyond expectations! Soy is being pressed in the video, but Willamette Biomass Processors will also be doing Camelina Sativa and Canola as well. Cropland Biodiesel provides state of the art cold/hot oil press seed crushing equipment. One of our recent customers, Willamette Biomass, in Rickreall, OR, USA, at capacity, will be capable of processing 100,000,000 lbs (45,000,000 kg.) of seed annually equating to approximately 4.2m gallons (15 million liters) of vegetable oil.
