That's what was said at the news conference after the 1976 Viking landing. Exactly what they are saying in this video.. Lousy Feds covered it up. Now, everyone knows that there are earth bases and an entire civilisation on Mars, including hundreds of cities and tens of thousands of Martians (or more)... Obama knows this and he ain't talkin!

@georgehetson400, the life on Mars that is referred to in this video is microbial life. There are no discussions or findings regarding civilizations or 'earth bases' on Mars in Dr. Levin's research and in this series of videos. Thank you for watching!

@SueSmith1 the air pressure on Mars HAS to be AT LEAST on third of ours, or

the water clouds (NASA admits they are water clouds) of the types of clouds

that Mariner 9 and viking Orbiter showed, could not possibly form. They won't

form on earth at the elevations that have the alleged Martian air pressure.
