@threpublikofmancunia that's because you always had a much bigger capacity than liverpool. and anyway, we still managed to get higher average attendences for the seasons 1978-9,1987-8, 1988-9 and 1992-3. look it up if you don't believe me.

HA! The sad thing is there's probably alot of truth in that. I live in London, and I guarantee you within a couple of months you'll start seeing blokes playing football at my local park wearing Man City "Kun Aguero" shirts (well, they've got to wear something for "footer" now that they've binned their Arsenal "Fabregas" shirts :P )

im a man utd fan i hate liverpool so much but i cant help but have respect for them because of things like this. and if united were relegated i'd stick by them. some ppl believe you can change your team when they let u down but if you do that r u really a fan?

liverpool fans are brilliant in adversity such as here, when we were trying to hold of chelsea in the semi and games like that when the team really needs the fans. (i just wish we could be as loud and supportive in prem games against mid table teams) but the quality of liverpool fans is shown because we hardly ever sing about other clubs only about liverpool. fields of annie road is the best song then ynwa then i am a liverpudlian
