how could they hide this for 15 years? They make ALOT of money, and it would get taken away if they squealed. You could find a disgruntled sprayer. I would donate for YOU to rent a cessna and go directly behind a low flying sprayer and get a sample.

Well, if you need a name I THINK I have one; but you may have already heard it. The name of the company that makes this brew for them, (which they call silver iodide) is called Weather Modification, Inc. You can find them on the web, and their client list 'is' available. But as I say, someone has probably given you that info. But most all countries are participating, but the U.S. is the one that buys the most. So what else is new. I 'think' there are some CIA ops involved; their planes unmarked.
