fans that go to watch crashes aren't really fans. NASCAR would be better off without them. Glad to see most of the races this season not having many wrecks even though the racing has been pretty good.

now that they have allowed bump drafting, everyone's bitching anyway. I've been a NASCAR fan for a long time, but I have to admit I'm not too proud of fellow NASCAR fans. People bitch no matter what NASCAR does, I think it's a trend with the post 2001 fans or something that they HAVE to bitch about something.

i would say it's more likely that he saw the safety crews and ambulance arriving and realised they would be of a lot more help than him

what happened to roof hatches? it could have helped when they rolled the car over. the last time a car had a roof hatch i think was when Michael Waltrip won @ Talladega and got out of his car through it and having fun with it.
