I think it is a bad idea-the one on Horsetooth has been there for a year and everyone is still confused. I drive it every week day and everyone is confused everyday. Drivers know what a red light means, just put in a red light and keep it simple..people and especially new/young drivers around schools need it to be that way.

I love it. But what is Fort collins doing to educate drivers? As we have never had a signal like this before in Fort collins.
