  • should i continuously practising this habit ? = i always sleep at 12am and wake up at 5am, this really makes me feels fresh when i woke up. if i took a sleep for more than 5-hours, i found that my brain locked and tired. i am a student of high school..

  • @chemchemxxx Teens need from 9-11 hours of sleep. 5 is not enough.

  • Thanks, now i know why my GRE maths results were so bad even after practicing for a month. I didnt sleep the previous day or night and was not sleeping more than 4 hours per day, the previous week.

  • @Quantumash1 Yep. That'll do it. Sleep, sleep, SLEEP! By the way, I will have GRE videos out later this year.

  • I slept at like 5 in the morning and i woke up like 30 mins ago (1:47 pm now in canada)

  • @chemchemxxx i don't think that's bad because everyone is different and everybody has a different sleeping schedule i wish i was like you. i need my 8 hours of sleep or else i am zombie for the rest of the day. i can't even take naps because once i am sleeping its hard for me to get up.

  • @videomathtutor That would be GREAT help cuz i am very bad in arithmatic calculations, especially remainders and number theory, and difficult data interpretations like two graphs about the same thing but categorizing things on two different criteria and asking us to find what fraction of the whole is first criteria category to the second criteria category. I cant do one question in one minute.

    Also since GRE patterns has changed from First August 2011, there isnt enough material in market.
