This is the first part of creating a Twitter-based application using vb.net and the TwitterVB Libraries. This tutorial does a decent job at explaining, so I hope you guys like it.

Register your Twitter App: https://dev.twitter.com/login?redirect_after_login=%2Fapps

Get TwitterVB: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/398377/TwitterVB.dll

  • sorry to bother you but can you upload the dll because the link doesnt work

  • @oljukihybgtvfrdce Thanks for pointing this out (Along with @umist0966) TwitterVB Can be downloaded from the new link in this video description.

  • Why are you making so many Twitter videos. Lots of people dont care they want to know how to make more then just Twitter?

  • @hacker2075 I'd like to counter your statement with a statement of my own. I am receiving several PM's on YouTube per day asking to make videos based on "How to use Twitter with VB.NET" - So I have made the videos. I apologize if you do not like them, but, more variety will be coming soon!

  • TwitterVB is no longer available from google or codeplex!

  • I'm running my project on localhost and I'm using web form to create this application instead. I clicked on "Authorized app" and entered the code but error message "Wrong code!" always shows. I tried restarting my application but same thing happens again. What could be the error?
