First off, the reason for rules in a competition lift is because it is just that: a competition lift designed to compare strength directly. It doesn't matter if this is a press or a jerk and it doesn't matter what his form looks like because he's doing this to train overhead strength, NOT as a specific competition lift.
As such your comparison has absolutely no ground, especially since his lifting form passes in any strongman comp. as a press, and he trains for strongman.

@Draykid Hey they posted a video titled "pressing the inch dumbbell" not me. It is a %#@ dam jerk. Form matters! This has nothing to do with me or how much I can do. I will give him his due it is a vary heavy jerk! If he went and competed and did not lock a dead lift out would you complain they should bend the rules for him?

When you can jerk 172 in one hand, you can bitch about whether or not it's a jerk or a press. Until then, stop bitching about whether it's a jerk or a press.

Great!

They call this a press. It is a jerk. Now if it was cleaned and then pressed--not use the legs, my hat would tip to the man. But this is not a clean press. Call me what ever you want but the tape does not lie!
-
What kind of a strongman doesn't use his legs?
Where is your inch video?

Sorry but look at his legs! He drives it up with his legs. I can jerk the dam thing! It makes it much easyer!
That is a jerk not a press. Now press it strict and I will be impressed.
