N.E.O. Soccer began with an empty ice-rink, 2 teams of our own, and a core set of values. Four years later, we now have a soccer facility that is thriving, 25 teams of our own playing at the highest-level, and that same set of core vales.
Our goal is to provide access to the highest level of soccer, at the most reasonable cost around.  The N.E.O. Youth Soccer Club motivates kids of all ages, concentrating on long-term development from age's u8 thru u18. We encourage small-sided games such as 3v3, 5v5 and futsal to enhance speed of play and increase touches on the ball. This leads to quicker development and a better understanding of the game.
At N.E.O, we reinforce the characteristics of a winner. To us, this includes discipline, focus, emotional control, adaptability and teamwork. It is how we win, and how we lose that is important. It is not the lack of adversity that builds character, but how we react to it.
We utilize our central approach to give players the opportunity to participate on occasions with different teammates with different abilities and ages.  We have team practices, but also have "open gym" style practices -- where kids get exposure to players from our whole club.  We have found that over time, this makes them more adaptable, able to react to change and adversity, and to lead.   We believe that our most successful players are the ones who thrived and were challenged in this environment. We are focused, disciplined, work as a team, and do it with the kids coming first.  Although playing at the highest level is competitive, it has to be fun. Training, games, tournaments, friendships, and culture must engage the participants. When all is said and done, it is still a "game".
N.E.O. has an established culture that is always evident -- which embraces inclusiveness, discipline, respect, accepting responsibility, and hard work. It is also important that kids are allowed to "play", and participate in activities that are "fun".   N.E.O. believes there are no short-term solutions for long term success and development. We strive for our kids to not just play the game today, but to understand the game tomorrow!!!
