Great hairline but he seems to have suffered a great deal of shock-loss. It's kind of pointless to go through this procedure if you don't protect your native follicles.

@fiyabun To achieve good coverage the patient needed 2 surgeries, that is clear. I don't think there has been shock, but obviously that number of units is not enough in a NW VI. Is the best result that you could offer in only one surgery, as was the wish of the patient.
