Hm, I remember reading about this in a book a long time ago. These shaman rituals have been in korea's history since... forever! The women are supposed to be possessed by a spirit and they basically act all nuts, usually involves slurred speech too. There are many reasons a ritual is performed, but had no idea that they still do them to this day. Interesting to see.
