Riding in the UK must suck.
Too many traffic lights. Roads are narrow. Speed cameras everywhere. Wet roads.

they are not slow! compared to a gsxr 600 top speed they are. but not slow at all. I stay with inline 4 bikes all the way to 130mph then they pull on me. for a v-twin the SV's are champs!

so true. half the speed cameras are placed in ridiculous areas and have no warning that they're there.

lol 8.25. speed cameras, making sure this 20 feet of straight dual carriageway is 'safe'. looking down at the speedometer on a bike rather than watching the road is dangerous.
I hate that they get away with having them scattered on roads that shouldnt have such a low speed limit. How many stolen cars and joyriders and actual criminals has a speed camera stopped? but you do 40 in a 30, you will know all about it mr honestman.

Ok the sv650 is a good bike with a good engine. 0-60 more like 4.5. i take it you own one that is why you love it. i have never had one but my friend did and when we went out i used to leave him from a stand still and top end and that was on a vfr800 vtec and they are not super fast! ride safe.
