I love how he goes from a natural setting which is everywhere, and then goes to a man made enviorment. Shows all the kind of flow you can throw into parkour or freerunning.

Parkour is getting from point A to point C without getting thru point B , the objective of parkour is to get from one point to another via the fastest route, wich is straight, to all those wannabe parkourers that jump on a wall , do a backflip, than they run from where they came, that is not parkour, that is goofing around.
