The last line is from Baudelaire who having listed all his sins and perversions turns on the reader and says:
"You! Hypocrite reader! My likeness! My brother!"

Last summer I did my university finals and T.S Eliot was one of the authors I studied, and I listened to this a few times a day to get me in the mood. I still find myself coming back to it now!
