the umpire should have NEVER inched towards the coach. That just made things worse. he should have made his ejection, stood there calmly while the coach yelled and when he had heard enough he should have walked away while the other umpire got between them. when you talk back to a coach and get upset the situation just gets worse. The umpire talks to and watches the coach leave which made it even worse.

@bagpiper2005 respect works both ways dude. YOu have to earn respect. If you cant make the basic calls, you don't deserve respect.

It could of been that the coach said something right as he was leaving. They say that the worst word that will get you kicked out by the ump is "you", and he pretty much said that "magic word" as he was turning his back.

why'd the ump toss the manager?? he didn't lose his cool till AFTER he was tossed.
