    Combat Sports Conditioning: Kettlebell Turkish Get-up Part 1

  • At the start (and the End) i recomend you to turn your body to the KB (so your chest is in front of the KB) hold it with both hand an turn on your back....

    Your start is next to the so called "broken arm position"

  • Perfect form IMO, nice work.
