Yes, i know, but at the time i made this vid I only got a Wireless Controller Dual shock 2 without vibrate effect, today I use the Logitech G25

@DutchManticore Good for you. I didn't question your overall intellect. Maybe the distance where you can begin slipstreaming from may be off but not in my experience. It seems ok to me but it depends on the aero coeff of the cars and the speed of the cars. In my experience in even slower cars, I was able to use the momentum gained from the slipstream to pass very easily. actually now that I watch the video again, it wasn't drafting, it was late braking that made the 599 seem to be standing still

I'm a little dissapointed by the fact that you seem to think that having a discussion is equal to questioning my intellect. I did go to school, and I'm at university studying law now.

I know what momentum, inertia and slipstreaming are but all I am saying is that I'm not quite sure about the scientific accuracy of the benefit in acceleration that results in GT5. And the major factor here (and with slipstreaming) is windresistance or the lack thereof, better said.

@DutchManticore yes they do. If the slipstream accelarates enough for you to catch up then it's easy to use that momentum to pass. Didn't you go to school? you don't know about momentum and inertia? or even the whole benefit of slipstreaming?

@cujoluv rushed? maybe, but not packed? where do you get your facts from? because owning it and thinking it's rushed is a completely different thing than the actual data content on the disc. Even if it's rushed, it's fuckin amazing and it takes a small person to really focus on the small negatives instead of thinking about the huge and small positives that overwhelm this game, just because they took so long to make. Your impatience has nothing to do with the game
