Year 8 and 9 students at Roleystone Community College made a film on emotional intelligence in the workplace: "Bitchiness, jealousy and boys" with the help of Rachel Green, emotional intelligence specialist. Here she interviews three members of the crew: Victoria, the scriptwriter, Maddy the sound recordist, and Josh the cinematographer. They explain how the emotions were portrayed, how hurt, jealousy and bitchiness played out, what they learnt about emotions and emotional intelligence, and the importance of body language and facial expressions in expressing emotions and reading emotions.
