i'll do deep friction up the IT band to the greater trochanter and then finish on the tensor fascia latae doing deep transverse friction using a loose fist in circular motion or use both loose fists pushing the tensor into ilium and do rocking into the tensor until their whole body is rocking. it feels so good when your body rocks into the pressure in that lateral hip region. Somatic positional relesae type stuff
