Retro/Grade Gameplay Video 2010

This is gameplay footage from Retro/Grade, an innovative new rhythm game, coming to PSN in 2011. Time is flowing backwards, so the player must undo the results of the previous battle in order to protect the space time continuum. The game features a power up that allows players to reverse the flow of time (again) to undo their mistakes and repeat the sections they rewound (forwarded?). @laxwolf Thank you for your interest! You aren't flying backwards - the premise of the game is that time itself is flowing in reverse. The objective is to undo your actions in the previous space battle in reverse.

I do hope that this game gets a release to PC, even if my wishes are only there because i lack a PS3 to play this.

This game looks like a nice twist on the design of Rhythm games.

I need to play this game NAO!, though I'm not feeling the silly cartoony ship design. Don't get me wrong. Its better than the 2009 gameplay video (with the "60's toy" inspired rocket), but I wish it would've looked more like a typical sci-fi shooter ship. (Like R-Type BACKWARDS!...YEAH!) Anyway, can't wait for release! You have my money. ...Oh, and why no Xbox love :-(

@MrBenegesserit Glad you like it! It should be releasing this year on PSN for PS3. The track that starts at 0:23 seconds is called "Retro/Grade Groove" and is an original track composed for the game by Skyler McGlothlin aka Nautilis.
