4-5 slices bacon
1 apple diced
1 onion sliced
Sautee' together
Add Red cabbage that is sliced about 1/4 in. thickness
Add red wine, water, apple cider vinegar, jelly of choice (a plum, currant or grape jelly is best)
Simmer for 1.5 hours
