  • AS much as I love Beetlejuice, a sequel would be stupid. Unless they get the exact cast, and decide not to use to much "new" technology a sequel will fail especially since its been more than 20 years since the original

  • Beetlejuice is still probably waiting on that line at the end of the movie

  • @HopeFor85 I mean, if it's gonna be a sequel, then it's gotta be a total different story, different plot and a whole new cast of supporting characters right?

  • @afa78djd true but what the rest of the cast? :/ .....

  • @HopeFor85 As long as Tim Burton and Danny Elfman contribute again, nothing can go wrong. :)

  • @compwiz878 I think titanic being 3D is cool but there's no denying Hollywood is running out of ideas, but on this video we're talking about a sequel which I KNOW will fail cause #1 its been more than 20 years, #2 the actors are older, #3 half the kids in this generation don't even know about the 1st movie despite having the cartoon & #4 normally when #1 & #2 happen, the sequel will become an instant fail. Even if its good, a lot of people complained about Footloose, why is that? exactly.

  • @HopeFor85 not all old classic movies are going 3d heck titanic is getting a face lift aswell and moset of the classic disney files are getting the 3d treatment to .titanics redo is gonna be out for the spring/ summer blockbusters this year

  • YOU WANNA GET NUTS!? COME ON THEN!! LETS GET NUTS!!

  • @akumatekkusu666 Win.

  • @hoopy63 Well there was the Lost Boys, Friday the 13th, Footloose, The Thing...etc not to mention, why fuck with a classic in the first place? Leave classics as it is. Not to mention, I'm pretty sure you will age in 20yrs thus the cast will be a new cast which is always a risk, and notice how so many old films are becoming 3D. Looks like hollywood ran out of ideas.

  • @HopeFor85 no - how many films made 20 years after the original are a flop?

  • @smattraensalva yes, but if they did do a sequel, it should have been a few years after the original, it shouldn't be 20 something years later. Do you know how many films made 20 years later after the original, end up being a flop? And with all this new techno shit, it won't be as creative as the original. The actors have all grown, it just won't be the same with a new cast.
