It means he thinks that Maiden is playing in the background for the Vocals and Intrusmental.

Well....its good to have a bloated Ego when it comes to this type of thing, whether we sounded like Maiden or not, this guy seems to think so, so just agree with him and let him be on his way, and then ill tell his friends "Dude! These guys sound like Maiden, there fucking wicked!"
And then more of his freinds check it out, and whola, you have the start of a good fanbase.
Personally i thought the vocals werent that bad, just the high notes that kinda went flat at parts.
