lighting and shading experiment in blender

this video was made in blender 2.44 and consists of an object inside an icoshpere
i used 7 hemi lights each set to a different color, one hemi on each end of the object and an extra white one on top.

@pisceanza well i made the whole thing in a sphere.. the hemi lights were 0.1 energy and 20 distance

very nice work :D the top (or bottom?) end looks pretty bright but the whole model and lightning is wonderful

select the camera, thne go into mesh tools, set the lens value lower for a fisheye look, or higher for a more perfect representation of the geometry, at the cost of field of view

thats amazing! Absolutely amazing! the only flaw I can see is the camera goes inside of it for a frame or two. other than that, that is absolutely jaw-dropping for Blender. great job! I wish I could do that!
