i dont own any bruder bins, but they work with the carts i had bought, and its just a mix, nothing imparticular

paper...computer paper works great, glue (liquid glue) ans tape, i also use a straw for an axle and plastic bottle caps that i sawed down with the band saw and used a hot glue gun to secure them strongly. as seen on the cart at 1:59 u can make them as detailed as u want, i started making them as normal boxes with lids then got more and more complex with them and i enjoy making them
