This is in my town and the surrounding towns (near Chicago IL) Community Service vehicles/officers go to calls that would usually take up an officer's time such as motorist assist, lock outs, parking enforcement and even traffic control on accidents that way there are more officers free.

How big of a lift kit is on this vehicle?

It is Stock suspension. The Rim/Tire package is a little larger then the OEM set up, so a little height is gained there.
