@jonnyqwst Oh boy! Looks like someone left the electric fence open at the Redneck Ranch huh? The only color Hollywood cares about is "green". Whatever demographic it comes from is irrelavent. And since we are on the subject, if what you say is true, how come whenever Tyler Perry's movies hit the big screen, no other race can get into the movie theatres without stepping over white folks? Black people aren't the only race with as you say, "more free time and disposable income."

@texastruthblog Only in season 1 (the b/w season) does he tip his hat and walk away

@texastruthblog Very true. Hollywood inserts black actors and characters in absolutely every commercial picture they put out, to attract more black asses into buying tickets, since they know that particular demographic has more free time and disposable income. Knowing this, you can start to see the pattern, it's blatant. Did the "dark knight" actually NEED that twenty minutes of morgan freedman? No, but they used it for the same reason.

As a kid I really wasn't all that into the hundred or so westerns on TV in this era. That was more my parents generation. This is only one I looked forward to. Even as a child, I realized it was a parody of the cowboy genre, and had a much more youthful edge to it.
This is the opening where West punches the woman after the kiss. I always figured she deserved it. After all, if she messed with James West, she got what she deserved. PS: In no way shape or form was Will Smith EVER James West. Robert Conrad WAS James West.

In all fairness, she pulls a knife on the guy. That's why he decks her. Dames...poison, every one of them!
