Great players in Calgary overtime like Iginla nieuwendyk, phaneuf,and MacInnis. Epic legends in Edmonton though, Gretzky, Anderson, Coffey, Kurri, Fuhr, Messier, Smyth, Nugent-Hopkins, Hall, Jordan "clutch" Eberle!!!

Epic rivalry, no two teams hate eachother more in professional sports, The most pure un-adultered bitter distaste for eachother. Flames vs Oilers = bad blood. With Hall Nugent-Hopkins and Eberle, we'll see alot of fire power!

@Conky1010 Not a challenge? are you kidding me? every game we have played agianst each other have been close, hard-faught, emotional games. Even then every team in the NHL will give any other team in the NHL a challenge, otherwise they wouldnt be in the NHL. You can make fun of the Oiler as soon as they flames can fluke their way into the playoffs as well.

They didn't have that amazing save in the NHL highlights. Unless you're talking about that save he made on Brian Young, I forgot about it. Now that was a hell of a save as well.
