Pond - Dawn Spawning (Part 4 of 4)

4th vid taken at dawn this morning of the fish in the pond. They started at about 3am and haven't really stopped all day - it's now 2pm :)

@yournamehere954 Yes loads of them, I gave some to my friends and the 60 that were left in my pond I gave to a pal in a pet shop - they were all well over 2" by then and had all their colours ;) I've gotten more Koi for the pond since my last upload so I'll have to put up a vid real soon :D

wow your fish are bigger than i thought :o and do they have anything to lay there eggs on ?

Yeah they are BIG, I think the biggest comet is 16" and the Koi are getting HUGE ;)

All they have are the plants and the green algae 'grass' on the pond liner which is about 2".

There are thousands of eggs still there that haven't been eaten, but I can't breed them right now.

I'll build a breeding pen along the wall next to the pond later on to put the females into etc.

Two other females have started spawning today !!! More footage on the way ;)

it just grows in the sun its called algue and it grows on my pond liner ;)

congrats on the new spawning! and i have algue grass stuf to and i use it for my spawning to lol i just pull it of after they spawned on it and its normaly coverd in eggs ;)
