  • @runescapeglicthes Incorrect , ejaculation early in the morning raises your peak testosterone levels by as much as 17% Going for 1 week without an ejaculation decreases testosterone levels and sperm production. Basically it tells the body I am not trying to mate so use the energy elsewhere. There have been at least 3 studies in the last few years showing a link between achieving orgasm and greater athletic output around 4-7 hours later.
