@identchannel that was the logo designed by abs cbn manila for all tv patrols nationwide..then they modified it over the years...if we look back, the tv patrol logos since 1988 keep on changing

after 17 yrs with abs-cbn, i felt it was time for me to expand my horizon outside the network. i got stressed out when I became a station manager. life was better when i was just a plain anchor. with cctn now, at least the pressures are much lighter. besides, all my kids are now working..tapos na sa college.

Mr Dante, dont you think it would be nicer if the local news anchors start reporting the news in a slower pace? Kinda like how the people at BBC does their news?

i agree with you..however, it has been the "patented" style of most of our anchors to deliver the news fast to establish urgency. that includes me I guess..but if I put myself in the viewers' shoes, i feel more comfortable watching an anchor doing the news in a comfortable manner, thus making me relax and comfortable as well.

haha i only know a little bit of tagalog/ cebuano (i am 17 and i live in australia and i am only half filipino and my mother is from bohol..) i could understand what he said straight away but it was sort of... his speech was... joined/ shortened?? like when he says maayong gabii, it sounds to me like. ma-yong ga-bee.... i sort of have to think to make sure i understood what he said was right xD

@JepJep92 ..tnx jep..actually due to the fast paced delivery some of the words sound shortened or joined as you said..maayong gabii sounds may'ng gabii.." sa atong mga balita" becomes "s'atong mga balita". same in some English words..give me becomes gimme..cup of coffee is cupuv cofee, after all becomes "afteral". whats up is wazzup..
