you gotta know the conditions youre riding in, this could have been averted if they had known or cared that it was a currently high-risk area. you dont just ride any damn place you choose, unless you want to die

So many sledders take insane risks and there is increased danger in riding with a large group as nobody wants to be the wimpy one to say its too dangerous in front of so many others.
