Their whole body itself is more badass. Especially in the first movie. Of course, if you think that ONLY muscles does sci-fi creature more badass, then it's your call. Aliens doesn't even need huge muscles.

I like the loud screech at 0:15. The cooler sound than that was the sound of the pulse rifles that made them scream in that manner.
