This is the kind of discussion business owners should be having with their employees about quality and customer service. Quality is about much more than profits and employees following the rules. Good business is about making connections with customers with respect and care. Of course, a business needs a 'quality' product or the best customer service in the world will not make a difference. I wish the video quality was better; however, the message I heard was a powerful one: Quality is caring.

Reminds me of the work of Martin Buber and Csiksentmihayi. I heard you quickly state a reference to Morphogenic fields- Sheldrake. Wish you talked more about this. I beleive it is the fields we create that make learning 'work' and foster a bond between people. Overall, I love the concept of your theory of quality. It works for me and no professor in my MBA program has made me look at quality this way. I wish my professors heard this message. They could learn a lot from you. Cheers!

The video quality was awful. I almost stopped watching and then this guy's passion sucked me in and I watched the video based only on his energy. Wow! As a fan of Pirsig's ZMM, this guy brought quality to pragmatic application to public school education which both makes sense and would imporve school's drastically. Cheers, Barry for a creating a brilliant theory. This could revelotionlise education if people care to listen to your message. Get someone to video you better! Important message!
