3-29-11 Wind and Health Technical Work Group Meeting Pt1 - MPSC

This board is decidedly stacked against residents. Proponents of resident safety are simply outnumbered. Jennifer Alvarado, Executive Director of Great Lakes Renewable Energy Association (lobbying group) was careful to warn members at the beginning of the meeting that they were being recorded... why they would have anything to hide is a mystery.
