You pay 15 dollars for a certain amount of hours which they estimate into an amount people would play a month, 100 hours you can use one month and then the rest 3 months later, and still be on the same subscription. So if their telling the truth 15 bucks can last you a whole year :P

You have that incorrect, a flat fee does not mean a one time payment. A flat fee simply implies that the fee will not go up or down, it's $15 flat.
