I'm glad he resigned, not because of his "poor choice of words," but because he's a dangerous.
As far as my opinion of Anderson Cooper's handling of the interview, I think there was no need for follow-up. The bigot was doing fine digging his own hole. When Anderson asked a question, the man would bury himself. Really, there was no reason to pile on.

yes, david, journalists (like yourself) need to be fair and unbiased even around radical nuts!!!! please david, you are an awesome interviewer and i am a liberal like yourself. but dont take it upon yourself to make these people look ridiculous; they do it fine all by themselves.
