Amish Youth Girls Pay Last Respects in Guthrie, Kentucky

It was a beautiful April 8th 2010 sunset evening as these amish youth girls quietly filed thru and gave their last respects to my Uncle Sam Swarey,who had been killed unexpectedly and tragically in a car vs.tractor crash just two days before.When he was run down on his tractor by a drunk,just released from jail,as he was checking the cows on a rented farm just off the old railroad road.

@mrdeleted Ok that makes sense the Swartentruber Amish are definitely more conservative,I was not aware until recently that the Amish I grew up with in Stuarts Draft,would have been considered very liberal

Not sure which Amish you are familiar with,my grandfather was an amish bishop and i grew up amish.However there is a difference between the strict Amish and the more liberal Amish.My Mother was from the strict Amish,no phone,no electricity,no rubber tire tractors and no church houses,no cars,no computers etc.
