Safety FIRST!

1)Clothing -Always wear closed shoes, long sleeved shirts and long pants, if you have long hair- tie it up.
2) Have a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher at your workshop - this is a basic must, incase of a fire or an accident this could greatly help.
3) While working with power tools always wear protective glasses and gloves.
4) Stand at least 5 feet away form everyone else working in a robotics workshop can be dangerous, especially while working with power tools. You might get distracted or accidentally harm one of your friends.
5) Have a partner near you - incase you get hurt, it's always good to have someone at shouting distance to come to your aid.
6) Have a safety man - He should notice all those who break the safety rules and in severe cases prevent them from accessing the workshop.
